Johann Stauffer #500S Violin 4/4

The Stauffer 500S violin is the most superior Stauffer model in our intermediate range and has a silky, warm, full-bodied tone. When comparing it to the model 200, the Stauffer 500 has a sweeter, more focused sound, with more richness and tonal complexity and this is due to the use of higher quality wood and workmanship.
 
The Stauffer 500S has a beautifully antiqued gold-brown varnish with light shading and highlighted edges, inlaid purfling, ebony pegs, nut and fingerboard and a tailpiece with in-built fine tune adjusters. It is fitted with Larsen Il Cannone direct and focused strings which balance out the warmth to create a more focused sound.
