Kreisler Carbon Violin Bow 3/4
The Kreisler Carbon Violin Bow is the bow of choice amongst advancing beginners and intermediate players due to its price and playability.
The carbon composite material and weight distribution along the bow gives it a lightweight, agile feel, making it easier to perform more advanced bow strokes such as staccato, sautillé and hook stroke.
The Kreisler Carbon bow is most suitable for players at a 6th grade AMEB standard or below. It sits in our ‘beginner violin bow range’, however it will easily give most players what they need at an intermediate level.
The Kreisler Carbon Bow is most commonly purchased by:
+ Younger players on fractional instruments performing at a 5th-6th grade level.
+ Intermediate players on 4/4 violins who want an affordable option with the intent to upgrade after their 5th or 6th grade AMEB exam.
+ Professional players who need a ‘second bow’ for gigs and something to use whilst their professional bow is being rehaired.
+ Adult beginners who would like something that will take them further than a Kreisler 'Student' or Artino violin bow.
Features:
+ Carbon composite stick.
+ Horsehair.
+ Ebony frog with pearl inlay.
+ 'Parisian Style' eye.
+ Silver plated lapping.
+ Leather grip for comfort.
