Viola Shoulder Rest/Pad - ArcRest Carbon Fibre, 15"+, Full Set

The ArcRest is an innovative shoulder pad featuring a comfortable foam pad that fills the gap between your instrument and shoulder, allowing increased freedom of movement over traditional shoulder rests. 

The foam pad is suspended by tiny rubber pads, decreasing contact with the back of the instrument. This decreases damping, freeing up resonance for better sound. 

All the great features of the original ArcRest, but 60% thinner with the strength of carbon fiber! The full set comes with all 4 of our standard pad thicknesses.

Overall heights for the different pads are approximately:

Thin: 0.84″ (a little more than 13/16″), 21.3mm

Medium: 0.95″ (about 15/16″), 24.1mm

Thick: 1.06″ (1-1/16″), 26.9mm

Extra Thick: 1.19″ (1-3/16″), 30.2mm
